Can I return my items?
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unworn and the tags are still attached.
For underwear, returns are only accepted if the hygiene seal is still intact. Once the seal has been removed, we can't take it back.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we'll take care of it.
Can I change my address or size after ordering?
If you need to update your delivery address or switch a size, inform us as quickly as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually make the change.
Once it's on its way, we can't redirect it. You're welcome to return the item and place a new order, just keep in mind that return shipping is at your own cost.
How do I care for my items?
We make everything to be worn often and washed without fuss. A little care goes a long way.
Cotton Machine wash cold or at 30°C, inside out. Gentle cycle, mild detergent. Skip fabric softener, it breaks down the fibre over time. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Our cotton is pre-washed before cutting, so you shouldn't see much shrinkage.
Silk Hand wash in cool water with a pH-neutral detergent, or use a delicates cycle inside a mesh bag. Don't wring it, press the water out gently with a towel and lay flat to dry, away from direct sunlight.
Elastic will relax slightly with wear and bounce back in the wash. That's normal. We include care instructions with every order and on each product page.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, and we'd love to help. At checkout you can add a gift note and have the order shipped directly to the person you're buying for. We don't include any pricing information in gift orders.
